IDIPP impartiality and independence policy;

IDIPP mission is to provide Product DPP (Digital Product Passport) Registration and Record / approval/ verification and other related services in accordance with the following principles: Impartiality, Integrity, Responsibility, Competence, Objectivity, Transparency, Confidentiality are the issues we value most and continuously adopt.

The purpose of IDIPP is to produce, verify and implement DPP products and Digital Product Passport Registration processes in accordance with applicable national, international or other DPP standards and requirements within the scope of EU legislation and international standards.

IDIPP commits to provide and maintain professional, impartial and cost-effective services with high quality DPP products that meet all relevant standards, specifications and other applicable requirements required by EU and Republic of Turkey Relevant Ministries legislation.

IDIPP manages conflicts of interest and potential conflicts of interest and ensures the independence and impartiality of those involved in services.

Commitment to this policy and achievement of the goal will assure all stakeholders of the value, integrity and reliability of the DPPs provided by IDIPP.

IDIPP Platform management is committed to providing all necessary resources, supporting stakeholders and being involved in the efficient operation and continuous improvement of the management system.

All stakeholders of IDIPP, including solution partners, employees and other international stakeholders, are committed to understanding this policy, adhering to principles and legislative requirements and maintaining their competence.

IDIPP commits to promoting gender equality in all its activities and preventing all forms of discrimination based on race, gender, sexual orientation, ability differences, age, class, caste or religious or ethnic affiliation.

It is committed to ensuring platform management, passport production, operation and continuity of DPPs by using all sustainable, environmentally friendly resources with energy efficiency, always monitoring and following minimum waste and zero carbon policies.
